Koan I
The failing test
What is the sound of one test failing? The guru does not flinch. He types. The mountain is not a standup.
From the peak · no waiting list
App Guru sits in saffron on a wet rock with a laptop. He does not sell a method. He ships. The punchline is enlightenment. The incense is for the CI logs.

Teachings
He did not come down the mountain. He opened a terminal. These are the only notes anyone has ever gotten back.
Koan I
What is the sound of one test failing? The guru does not flinch. He types. The mountain is not a standup.
Koan II
If a feature ships in staging and nobody is watching, is it production? There is no staging. There is only the peak, and the tag.
Koan III
How many sprints to emptiness? One. You already wrote it. You just have not tagged it. Enlightenment is a green build.

Office hours
The guru wears saffron so you can find him in the fog. The antenna on the small one downstairs is a courtesy. Neither of them will join your Slack. They will merge when it is time, which is sooner than your roadmap and later than your anxiety.
Punchline enlightenment is not a workshop. It is the moment the build goes green and you realize you were already sitting.
The path
01
Open the laptop. The peak is already the office. Incense optional. Wi-Fi is a rumor the clouds tell.
02
Sutras compile. Tickets do not. The guru's robe is saffron so the lint errors have somewhere warm to land.
03
Merge. Tag. Walk down. The incense will still be going. Punchline enlightenment: you came for a mantra and left with a release.

A deadpan ashram for people who ship apps, kept on a wet rock in The Robot Lives portfolio. No signup. No backend. Just saffron, a laptop, and the joke that you were already done.
